This is the third purchase I have made from this company. Each time communication has been good, delivery has been on time and items have been as described. Would definately use them again.

There was a lack of communication. The staff were not useful at all We sent what we ordered back and there has been less than half the return refunded to us

The flooring was meant to have a white trim which when delivered was flaking off and delivery driver used a fork lift to take the flooring from his van and damaged a box of flooring
