The flooring looks great but the delivery was discusting.they dropped a pallet outside the front door and left.my sick partner had to move them inside herself.for 50 pounds it is shocking

I am sorry your partner, and yourself have had this experience.
As you can appreciate the weight in flooring is quite substantial, so the £35.99, is a competitive price. It does state in your terms and conditions, that you have to tick to say you have read and understood before you are able to place your order, it states that this is in fact a Kerbside Delivery.
I know this can be difficult, when you have a partner, or perhaps and elderly person receiving the flooring. 
We are looking into other options for delivery, but at the moment it remains the most competitive price for our customers.
Hope your flooring looks amazing down.
