Service on the phone is very good, few problems with ordering online. Bench add-on and cupboard unit could only be ordered as an accessory when purchasing other products but it wasn't possible to select the items? ordered over the phone at the internet prices. One delivery date was missed by a few days - again, support on the phone was good.

We have had several henry hoovers, and the product has been improved every time we have purchased, the most marked change with the last henry we bought was that it has been made much quieter.

I Placed the order got a phone call the next day to say my card was not accepted gave another card order went through, delivery within 2 day when you said great service will use you again
