There telephone staff are second to none, everyone I have spoken to made me feel I was the only customer they had and I was special. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist me. I am expecting a large piece of equipment soon and I got a date, how it would be delivered and nothing was left to chance. How proficient is that they are certainly getting it right.

Do not provide delivery times when orders are placed. You do not know if your order is Ex stock or on a 4 week or more delivery.
