We're sorry your order didn't arrive as quickly as you'd hoped.
Our website does indicate at checkout to expect up to 4 business days for printing and up to 14 business days for delivery. I can see that your order finalised printing and arrived in 11 combined business days to our US office so hopefully it didn't take much longer by local post from there.
We are hoping that our shipping times return to normal soon but we are sorry they were on the later end of the delivery timeframe that we hope for.

The bands don’t fit on barely any of our cups or bottles. They should have more stretch to them to accommodate more styles of cups and bottles.
