I appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear you feel as though production was extended. As your order was placed via the US website, it was sent to print overseas. As you are located in Australia, your order needs to be laced specifically via our Australian website, where your order will be created and dispatched form immediately. I am pleased this had been rectified, and to know your order is now with you. I can confirm you have purchased our iron on clothing labels which are not made from cloth material, but a soft clothing transfer which requires ironing. We do still provide our woven/cloth labels. We send out labels out in a pink slip, which does include all label application instructions.
