Thank you for this feedback and apologies for the shipping delays that have occurred recently.
In regards to your labels, I can see that you have ordered our stickon labels that are not designed for use on clothing. We have this information in the info section of the labels to try and avoid this mixup. We have the same designs available in our iron on menu if you wish to try them out.

We have had a colour palette change due to the popular muted colours in fashion at the moment.
We try and represent these colours as best we can in the preview feature on our website so you're aware of how they will print out for you.

It’s been 3 weeks I still have not got the product. Got an email on September 10 saying a shipping label is created but there’s no tracking info. impossible to location my order
