We do state on our website, that we aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. Once your order has completed production, your order is dispatched via general post (via Australia Post) and can take anywhere from 1-10 working days to arrive with you. If you require faster shipping, we do have express postage available for a small additional fee, that provides you with guaranteed 1-2 working days delivery time with tracking details.
