Thank you for your feedback. I am terribly sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the labels you have recently received. We do have a product previewer located on each product page to ensure customers are happy with the look of the abel before proceeding with placing the order. With our Kids Designer range, the colours are set to each design and cannot be altered. Some may be a lighter colour (pastel) and you may feel this is quite dull in comparison to designs that have solid, bold colours. We do advise all labels to be left to adhere to any surface for 48 hours before washing. The surface must also be smooth and flat for the label to stay attached.
