Please improve communications with customers about delays and delivery times. I placed an order on August 5th, never imagining my order wouldn't arrive in time for a school start date of August 27th.

Thank you for your feedback. The need to communicate better with delays caused by Covid has been discussed with the company and we are working on improvements to avoid this happening again in the future.

I'm so sorry about this lack of communication. We are working on getting a shipping notification once your order is dispatched and not just when it is onsent from our US office. Tracking should have come through from the US Postal system so I can only apologise this wasn't sent through as well. The quality of the cooler is fantastic. They do warn to not refrigerate and you cannot machine wash. They suggest just wiping down.
Great sizes for toddlers. It can be tricky removing the plastic divider.
Perfect size. Great for backpacks!
