We can always assist you with any tracking queries via email or the telephone. The parcel is initially sent with Yodel until it reaches Ireland where it is passed on to the Fastway courier. I received my suitcase this afternoon. My real concern was, after a week, I didn't receive any email from Tripp, just from sagepay. My feedback, overall, is really good, but I think as a customers I would like to have an email from Tripp with tracking information. Thank you, Nênci.
