I read deposit was £500 Euro in Brouchure and the company took £1000 Euro. Over all we had a great holiday and when i did contact SPL Villas about any problems they did response quickly

Kitchen hob did not work. Had to be replaced several days later into holiday. Likewise, pool lights were only on at night when we requested. One of the two pool lights only fixed after several days.

Thank you for your feedback. It is always disappointing to hear when a customer has not been happy with the service they have received. SPL Villas have provided the Villa booked via the supplier, however as per the booking terms and conditions the supplier that is responsible for the accommodation. I understand from the conversations with the supplier due to the missing facilities, they have made an offer of compensation which has been accepted by your travelling party and this compensation payment has been processed to the account details provided.
