So sorry to hear you weren't happy with the products you received, sometimes the dye batches do vary however if you've received a favour box that you consider to be incorrect we would appreciate if you could send us a picture to sales@ukweddingfavours.co.uk.  Obviously, if this is an error we will be happy to refund as it appears we would be too late to correct the mistake.
