Hello Mr Brown, Thank you for your feedback, the Trillol is a real bargain has been incredibly popular so I am delighted you have managed to order some. I'm very sorry that the couriers did not come back to you with a delivery day confirmation on this occasion and apologises for any inconvenience this may of caused. In regards to delivery charges we will always aim to be as competitive as we possibly can. Please rest assured that we make no profit at all on these, in fact any delivery charge that is levied is still lower than the cost charged to us by the couriers. Unfortunately our couriers do currently charge an additional cost to deliver in Northern Ireland, which due to our extremely competitive pricing does not allow us to be absorbed on single case orders however you might like to know for future reference that we can offer a free delivery to NI for orders of 24 bottles or more. Thank you again for your feedback it is greatly appreciated.
