Dear Mr Rowntree. Thank you for your feedback. While I am delighted to hear that you are happy with the taste of our wines I am very disappointed to hear about your delivery experience. We do of course take all issues in regards to our deliveries very seriously and I am sorry that this has not come across on this occasion. I very much hope that we can provide you our normal much better level of delivery service at a future date.

Dear Mr Cairns, Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm very sorry for both the original error and for the fact that this was not then swiftly resolved as it should of been. I am pleased that we have now had the chance to rectify this the issue and look forward to hopefully sending you some more wine in the future and delivering it to you with our normal level of care and attention.
