Cine poate lăsa o evaluare Feefo?

Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

Although you did not feel that the hotels in Frankfurt and Zurich matched your expectations, I do appreciate your compliments over the hotel in Vienna.
