Colectăm în mod independent feedback în numele întreprinderilor care lucrează cu noi. Platforma noastră ajunge doar la cumpărători verificați, astfel încât poți fi sigur că citești evaluări de la clienți reali.

Cine poate lăsa o evaluare Feefo?

Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

We did have a lot of customers ask for the pouches pre Christmas as they wanted to save on packaging , so apologies for the mix up.

Whilst pouches are great for everyday , boxes do make a much nicer gift.

I am sorry that you found this ring a bit thin. We do try to show items being worn so that customers get a scale of how things will look on their fingers but it is very tricky to show it clearly.

These style of stacking rings are all deliberately not so chunky as they are designed to be worn with other rings.

In this design though there is a chunkier version of this ring which we could swap it for your friend would prefer?

As the drops are quite chunky we designed them to go on our finer handmade ear wire as a contrast.

However our jewellery is all handmade in our workshop so if you prefer to have a chunky ear wire then we can easily swap them for you to make them perfect ?

The quality of the product wasn’t great so I had to return it. Not only did I have to pay for the return but i didn’t get a full refund. 🙄 Wish I never ordered. Would definitely not do again.
