However, I was very sorry to learn that you had experienced a delay with your arrival transfer and we will certainly look into this with the transfer company. We note that you would prefer to use the hotel transfers in future.
I was also sorry to hear that you experienced problems with your Suite on the last night and we note that your preference is for the Berber Tent. Although I was pleased that the hotel had addressed your concerns, please rest assured that we will forward your comments on to the hotel.
