Thank you for sharing your recent experience and it's good to know everything went without a hitch. Regarding your comments about the packaging. When we switched from cardboard cartons to LDPE 4 plastic shrink wrap, the carrier damaged reduced by 60% as they could see what they were handling. Therefore most items we make and ship we use this method of packaging.
