Thank you for sharing your recent experience, though I am sorry you had issues with your delivery. We use DX as are limited to who we can use owing to the size of our freight. I agree they could do with improving their communication. This is a constant frustration and if they were able to provide texts like other delivery companies, this would make everyone's lives a lot easier. I am sorry to hear your delivery did not go as smoothly as previously. We supply drivers with all the information they need to make sure they is someone available to accept delivery to unoccupied premises. It is always disappointing when we are told a call was not made.
