Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

Thanks for letting us know about this poor service. We had indeed requested a before noon delivery with our carriers so you are right in thinking that delivery should have been made between 8.30am and 12 noon. It is therefore really frustrating all round that they did not adhere to this request and we will be taking this matter up with them. Please accept our apologies for the convenience caused. The quick delivery took me by surprise. Maybe a phone call from delivery agent 2 Hour before lorry appeared at empty house would be a good idear

Our lead times do fluctuate but we will always forward an Order Confirmation which states the expected despatch date. As well as this we will often call to check that the planned delivery date is convenient. As we use a national carrier, unfortunately it is quite hard for an accurate delivery time to be provided but we agree it would make the delivery process easier if this information was available. Thank you for your comments and I am sorry you felt the lead time was rather long. The majority of our folding tables are hand-made to order, owing to the large number of permutations we offer. Our lead time is generally two weeks from receipt of order (unless you select an item from our limited stock) and we did deliver your order within this time frame. In spite of this hope that you are pleased with your purchase and the folding table gives you many years service. Diane Ponting

Customer service was excellent. The courier company used was disgraceful and 20% of our £1,000 order arrived damaged. Our complaints were acted upon immediately and I couldn't fault Gopak themselves.

Thank you for your positive feedback about our service. We have scheduled for the replacements to be delivered next week and I hope that this time they arrive safely. We are constantly working with our carrier to improve the levels of damaging in transit and have also recently upgraded our packaging. It is so frustrating when we receive reports of damage.
