Thank you for taking my call earlier. I can only reiterate what I said in our conversation and that is we despatched the two trolleys together in good faith and have no idea why our carrier split the deliveries. This is really unacceptable especially as you and your family were so inconvenienced having to wait in for not one, but two separate deliveries and you now have to rearrange the building of the trolleys. We are very grateful to you for letting us know about this poor service as this type of feedback is invaluable. I hope that once the trolleys are built, that they provide your organisation with valuable storage for your Gopak folding tables and they give you many years service. Diane Ponting

Morning deliveries can be specified at a small premium of £10 per consignment. Otherwise delivery is free of charge. Diane Ponting
