Thank you for taking my call yesterday. As I explained we had a issue with the quality of our walnut laminate whereby the whole batch had to be rejected. We then contact you to ask if you would be happy with an alternative colour, to which you kindly agreed. You are right in pointing out to me that we should make it clearer that all orders, other than those from our limited stock, are made to order and there will always be a lead-time of up to 2 to 3 weeks. We have taken on board your comments regarding communication and will look to improve this element of our service. It is good news that you like the quality of our folding tables and that this order was repeat business. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know of your grievances.
