Quick delivery of spareparts ordered - however, they don't fit due to "product development" and no indication in catalogue of potential problem. Apparently no availability of old style leg retainers

The product was easy to buy on-line and they actually phoned to arrange delivery. It then arrived when scheduled.

Thanks for your feedback and really glad to hear you are pleased with the product. Delivering to an unmanned premises is always a challenge when using a national carrier. We do offer a morning delivery service in order to narrow the delivery window, though this does come with a small additional charge. Diane Ponting
