We chased this with our carriers first thing this morning and I understand that the missing trolley has now been delivered. My colleague Sharon has agreed with Susie to call tomorrow to check that all the items have been received in good condition. Your comments have been forwarded to the carriers and we are awaiting their response. I am so sorry that you have had such a bad experience in this instance as I know you are a loyal repeat customer. Thanks for your feedback. It is disappointing to learn that the packaging was in such a poor state on delivery - this is a recurring theme at the moment which we are taking steps to resolve with our carriers. I hope that the trolley has not been damaged. Diane Ponting
