We agree our lead time is too long at the moment but this is currently extended owing to an influx of orders for Free School meals. We are working hard pull this back to our standard 3 week lead time. Diane Ponting

Nearly 3 weeks to deliver one table seems excessive - I suspect this is because you are generally dealing with larger quantities.
