Could be improved by products being 'in stock' - 15-20 days is a bit odd these days for just three standard tables ? Tuffnells did much better

Dear Mr Dutton Thank you for your valuable feedback. Owing to the huge number of permutations of sizes, heights and colours we offer we make the majority of items to order. As the items you selected were not our stock items, your tables have been hand-made especially for you. This does impact the lead time. The service of delivery was bad. Far too long to deliver. Nobody takes this long these days. It's just not acceptable.
