My colleague Sharon has tried to call you on Friday and today but unfortunately you were not available. Her call was intended to talk through the complaint you have raised regarding the delivery service you recently received. Unfortunately, owing to the demise of a main national carrier, we understand that our own carrier is under enormous pressure with volumes of freight they are having to move. Very occasionally freight can inadvertently be split which does of course create a problem for the recipient and we are not privy to this unless a customer lets us know. Our team work very hard to provide exceptional service and it is very disappointing when things don't work out as planned.
