Thank you for your feedback and for renewing your policy with us again this year.
Having reviewed your file and checked both our phone system, event log and email accounts I can see there were various communications made between yourself and us.
The invitation was initially sent out in the post on the 15th of January, this being 2 weeks before renewal we then began to call to ensure receipt and check for any amendments. Following a couple of calls and a reminder letter we managed to speak with you on the 27th.
On the 27th and 28th you spoke to 2 renewal advisors who both sent the notice to the agreed email address, it may be that the emails are in your junk email folder as we are a limited company so email providers often mark them as junk.
I am therefore satisfied that we have responded as confirmed and followed the usual procedures, unfortunately I can only confirm what was done our end and can assure you that these actions did happen.
