Thank you for your feedback, please accept my apologies for the lack of service you feel you have received so far.
Unfortunately the Insurer you have been placed with have had some technical problems with amending cover notes, therefore we have been waiting as long as you have for these. Please be assured this has been treated as urgent and I can see from the notes on your file that it has been chased 5 times since you informed us of the incorrect spelling.
I have sent you the revised documents now under separate cover, please email me if you have not received them. With regards to the vehicle not appearing this can sometimes take a week to appear. I understand you have been on cover slightly longer and again we are monitoring the situation closely so we can confirm when it is showing.
I can confirm that all motor trade clients are given 14 days to add vehicles they own to the database so the vehicle has been fully insured since inception of the policy.
Although our hands are tied due to the reasons mentioned we always endeavor to offer a good customer service, your insurer on this occasion have not been able to assist us with this service so we would like to offer you a discount of £30.
Please keep your cover note on you until we confirm the vehicle is appearing on the database and note the discount will be taken off your balance to go on direct debit.
