Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you feel we have not provided you with an adequate level of service.
Having reviewed our systems and your policy record we can see that your renewal advisor completed your new policy at the time of payment on Friday afternoon.
As a matter of course we provide an emailed confirmation of cover directly via our system. Your agent completed his requirements, however due to what we believe was a microsoft exchange issue the email was not delivered.
Regrettably we were not made aware of this issue by the system until after you called first thing on Monday requesting the confirmation documents. We do not open for business over the weekend.
I apologise for the delay and trust that you have now received your cover note by email. I can also confirm the full policy has been issued by mail today.
