We are truly sorry for the performance issues experienced with the pods. Upon reviewing your situation, I can see that we addressed this in our recent emails to you explaining that when the pods are not compatible they can cause a build up of pressure but this should not cause any long term damage.
Please be assured we do take your feedback very seriously and unfortunately, Nespresso have patented certain aspects of their pods that cannot be replicated under copyright law. This means that 3rd party pods won't work with certain Nespresso machines. Our goal is to ensure clarity and transparency regarding product compatibility.
I can see you've since ordered again which we're so pleased to see. We really do appreciate your patience and for sticking with us.
