All staff were helpful giving advice and answering questions. The awning itself is fabulous and we use it almost everyday. Staff were very helpful when I had a problem with the remote control.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear of the issues you've had. We do always attempt to give customers a full overview regarding the size and location of each system. Unfortunately on this occasion it seems this hasn't been effective. We will certainly take your comments into account for future appointments.
