It is interesting to note that your order was placed on Thursday, making it logistically unfeasible to deliver the next day, as our website clearly says that orders are currently taking 2-3 days to dispatch. I note that your salon is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays, so your order was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Unfortunately TNT were restricted by time constraints, so your order was delayed until your salon re-opened on Thursday. We called you twice prior to delivery, to assure you that we were taking steps to insure delivery as soon as your salon was open. As we pride ourselves in excellent customer service skills, our Managing Director followed up with a call to your salon on the Friday to ensure that you were happy with our service, when you gave no indication that you were disappointed with the way we had handled this situation.
