Cine poate lăsa o evaluare Feefo?

Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

I though the contents were good and relevant overall however I felt like sometimes Skillcast were trying to force a content out of a subject that could be taught in a simpler way

Essentials package has a limited scope - didn't include courses such as TCF/CASS etc - wasn't made clear to us when signing up with Skillcast.

Thanks for your feedback. Please note that TCF and CASS are specific to the financial services sector. They are included in the FCA Compliance and Insurance Compliance libraries. The Essentials library is generic - it has courses for all sectors.
