Unfortunately there was an error on the website and the incorrect system was activated instead of the system you received. we do apologize for that. i did however email you notifying the error we made before delivery to make sure you were aware with a potential compensation if you wanted to keep this item or if you don't, we were and still are happy to compensate or return the item for a full refund if you choose to do so. Great product, my only criticism is my boys a slightly too short so the ring sits a bit too high for them. Longer brackets to hang over the door to lower its height setting would be great.
