Bonjour, Veuillez nous excuser que vous n'avez pas reçu votre commande. Je vois sur le système que c'était envoyer le 20 juin. Malheursement, les commandes internationaux ne sont pas envoyer par courrier suivi alors on ne peux pas savoir où c'est dès que ça quitte l'entrepôt. C'est hors de notre contrôle. Vous avez le choix entre un remboursement ou nous pouvons renvoyer votre commande. Veuillez laissez-nous savoir laquelle vous voudriez. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu cette deuxième commande qui aurait été envoyée autour du 18 juillet. La rentrée est pour bientôt pour les enseignants et je me demande si je vais suggérer à mes collègues votre entreprise...

Je ne sais pas pourquoi les deux commandes ne sont jamais arrivé. J'ai demandé que votre commande soit rembourse aujourd'hui et peut être vous pouviez trouver une entreprise plus près de vous. Je suis vraiment désolée que vous avez eu des problèmes. Je vous souhaite une bonne rentrée. Jennie
