Good Morning, We are very sorry to hear that you haven't been satisfied with the quality of some of the stickers that you ordered. We have started an internal review of these stickers to see what the issue is and how it can be rectified as I know how important it is in a busy classroom environment to not have to be fiddling around with faulty stickers. Good Morning, We're sorry that you weren't happy with the size of the stickers that you received. The ones you ordered were mini stickers which are 10mm. The midi size are usually 19mm and the standard stickers we sell are 28mm. So, if you were looking for something about 2.5cm, it would be a standard product that you would need. The product descriptions on the website will detail the diameter of each sticker but perhaps we will look into adding the size to the main product name to make it clearer. As a gesture of goodwill, I will ask our Customer Services team to contact you and arrange to have a new packet of larger stickers of a similar design sent out to you.
