I am so sorry that there was an issue with your order and that you did not receive a response to your query. I raised this with Customer Services who have put a rush on getting your replacement order out as soon as possible. I have also requested that they process a 15% refund on your order. I can see that the school have been customers of SuperStickers since 2012 so I hope that you will shop with us again. I also noticed that you have 1416 Bonus Points on your account which you can use on future orders - these are worth an equivalent of £14.16 off your next order. Apologies again for the lack of service you received, which is not what we at SuperStickers aim to provide. Kind Regards, Jennie
