Thank you for your message and I'm so sorry that your gold stickers STILL haven't arrived with you - that is extremely frustrating for you! We will remake and resend these to you free of charge, and refund your original purchase too, to try and make up for the delay you've experienced. Hi Claire, Thank you for getting in touch. I can hear your frustration at not receiving your order and I wish there was more I could do than give you an explanation for the delays... In December the IT system that powers the personalised side of the business was updated. Unfortunately, it wasn't fit for purpose and resulted in us having to revert to artworking all the orders individually by hand, which is hugely more time-consuming than normal. The website and payment systems remained unaffected, hence the difference in speed between your order being processed and being dispatched. It's my understanding that the payment will remain as pending in your a/c until your order is actually dispatched from us, albeit that it is of little consequence when all you want is your stickers! As a sign of our commitment to you as a customer, I've arranged for a 50% discount on your order and I am assured that your order will be dispatched in the next few days. Apologies Claire, A review request is auto-generated to send 14 days after every order is placed, as orders would usually have been received and been in use by then. Unfortunately, in your case the review request has arrived before the goods have been dispatched, which is both extremely frustrating for you and completely pointless as you are unable to review the product.
