Good Morning, Having looked into your order details, I can see that you ordered these on the 5th January and they were dispatched on 6th January. As you are in California, these were sent by normal mail with no tracking but I would have expected them to have arrived within 3 weeks. Good Morning, I'm so sorry that you didn't receive your stickers in the promised timeframe. Normally, personalised stickers are dispatched within 5 working days so your order should have left our warehouse by 19th January. We unfortunately had production issues and illness that week so we were running behind. Our customer service team advised you for the delay on the 20th and the stickers were dispatched on the next working day, which was Monday 23rd. Good Morning, I have had a look into your order and it appears that you have been let down by us on numerous occasions and this is completely unacceptable. Your original order placed in November was delayed leaving the warehouse and then got lost and was never received, unfortunately. Then, when you complained in the New Year, although a new order was generated free of charge, this was also delayed leaving the warehouse. We are so sorry for the service you have received and as a small token of apology, we will refund your order entirely.
