Good Morning Mrs Coveney, I'm so sorry to hear that your stickers are not with you yet! I do apologise for the delay in sending your order. Hopefully you received an email from us on 14th November when your items should have dispatched, explaining that there would be a slight delay. I've checked our system and can see that they were dispatched on Friday 18th, so they should be with you very shortly. Can I ask you to wait for another day or two and if they haven't arrived in Thursday's post, please get in touch with me directly on nickie@motivationinlearning.com and I will get the order remade and resent? Hi Karen, I'm so sorry to hear that one of your stampers did not arrive. I've checked with the dispatch team and it looks as though there was a miscommunication with your personalised item being dispatched before the rest of the order was assembled. Elaine from our Customer Service team will be in touch today to arrange a replacement stamper to be sent out.
