Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Dear Zowie, Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and I'm sorry you feel your personalised stickers were not good value. We do keep a close eye on our pricing, with our 25mm stickers starting at 4p per sticker when buying a single sheet and the price per sticker reducing when you buy 3 or more sheets. Dear Zowie, I'm sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the size of your personalised stickers. We also offer 30mm and 35mm stickers which might work better for you? We do keep an close eye on our pricing and keep the cost per sticker as low as we possibly can, with a sticker on a single sheet of 25mm stickers just 4p, reducing further when you buy more sheets. Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and I'm so sorry to hear you have had issues with the wrong ink colour being sent to you. Replacement pads were dispatched on 1st October by Royal Mail's first class mail but it would appear that these have got lost in the post. I checked with our Customer Service team earlier today and I was pleased to hear that the new replacements are on their way to you, but that doesn't excuse our lack of communication nor the delay when it became apparent that the original replacements had not turned up for you. I do hope you receive the replacement pads within the next day or two but please do let us know of any issues and we'll be pleased to assist further. Best wishes, Carolyn
