Hi Kevin, I'm so sorry for the delay in both replying to you and to your order. I've looked into this today and Customer Services explained that unfortunately the order number you provided after the inital order didnt arrive was incorrect which caused some confusion at our end, for which I apologise. Your replacement personalised stamper was dispatched last Tuesday (21st) and this dispatch automatically triggered the second feedback request, which I understand was frustrating to receive when you had already given feedback about your experience. We are talking with our reviews provider Feefo to see how we can improve the system to stop further feedback being requested for replacement orders. Dear Jane, I'm so sorry both for the delay in getting back to you and the no show of your order. I can see from our system that it was dispatched on 10th September, so I think we have to assume that unfortunately it has been lost in the post.
