Thanks so much for getting in touch. I've been investigating your order feedback and I'm so sorry for the service you've received: This was far below our usual standards and I must apologise.
We've done an internal investigation and it appears that we have had colleagues step in to cover the roles of other colleagues affected by Covid, but that they weren't adequately supervised when doing so, so mistakes have been made both in communications and picking / packing. It's not acceptable in any way that your experience has suffered because of this and I'm sorry.
New packs of the stickers you'd ordered were sent to you on Thursday, first class so should be with you now and I hope that you will accept our apology and shop with SuperStickers again in the future.
