Had difficulty with online order but quickly resolved by a call to a very helpful assistant. Order received sooner than expected as sometimes personalised items can take longer. First class service!

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry our service fell well below expectations. Replacement pads were sent out Royal Mail first class following your phone conversation with a member of our Customer Service team but it sounds as though these have gone astray in the post. We have sent out a replacement standard stamper and our Personalised team are remaking your two personalised stampers - these will be dispatched to you as soon as they are ready. Once again I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused but thank you for taking the time to get back to us on this. Kind regards, Carolyn

The replacement pads were certainly not sent after my first phone call. I called again a week later and it was accepted that they weren't sent. Sorry.
