I'm so sorry that your order hasn't yet arrived! That must have been so disappointing for your and your pupils, particularly at the end of what was a very long term!
I can see that the pencils were ordered and dispatched on 14th December and sent to school by first class post. Unfortunately, we have received lots of feedback that orders have been delayed in the post and that Royal Mail was operating nowhere near their normal 1-2 days guarantee for first class mail in the weeks leading up to Christmas. I can only imagine that your order was a victim to these postage delays and I'm so sorry.
If your order has not been delivered to school when you return, please let us know and we will issue you a full refund. On the other hand if your order has arrived, but you'd like to return it for a full refund, please get in touch by phone on 0800 318192 (the phonelines reoprn on 5th Jan) or by email on info@motivationinlearning.com and we will send you a postage paid label for your return, so that it won't cost you anything to return your order.
Once again, I'm so sorry that your order didn't reach you in time.
