I can see from your order record that your order was received on 14th and sent on 15th,, but I must apologise as I can also see you are based in Dublin, and next day delivery is not available to Dublin. By way of explaination, not excuse, I can explain that orders placed on SuperStickers.com should not allow next day delivery to any destination outside of the UK, so there must have been a fault on the website at the time you placed your order which I will flag with our IT team. However, knowing the 'why' doesn't fix your experience and we will refund your 6.95 next day delivery charge. If you would like to return your purchases for a full refund, please email info@motivationinlearning.com and we will advise the best way for this to be arranged.
