Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Oh no - I'm so sorry! We'll get a pack of the the SFS14753 that you ordered sent to you first class. These will be posted tomorrow (Wednesday). Could not order online. Order done but would not let me complete. Certificates ordered Disgybl yr wythnos never came because out of stock and no longer doing these despite 2 packs available on line

The certificate you mention was a discontinued item and very occasionally a discontinued product can go out of stock before that is reflected on the website. Unfortunately it looks as though this might have happened just as you were trying to place your order. The certificate was removed from your order by our Customer Service team when they were confirming it and I'm sorry if it wasn't clear why that product was not being included with your other products at the time: my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately this certificate was a discontinued item and very occasionally a discontinued product can go out of stock before that is reflected on the website: it looks as though this might have happened just as you were trying to place your order. The certificate was removed by our Customer Service team when they were confirming your order and I'm sorry if it wasn't clear why that product was not being included with your other products at the time: my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
