I'm glad the member of our Customer Services team you spoke to was able to help with your refund but the non arrival of your stickers is of great concern to us as we pride ourselves on prompt and efficient service, and your experience has fallen far short of that.We try to answer all correspondence promptly, and for any emails sent after 5.30pm, we do our best to answer these as soon as we can the following morning. Occasionally emails do go astray, so we are always pleased to help on the phone if you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, so thank you for calling us to follow up when your stickers didn't arrive.The Next Day service we offer is applicable to orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the following Monday, and if placed after 2pm on Friday, will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. I'm so sorry this wasn't clear when you placed your order: we have amended our Delivery details to ensure this is much clearer. We have also double checked our pricing with Royal Mail who have confirmed their charge of £6.70 for up to 100g.
